If I only rent one residence, how is my privacy maintained from guests staying in the other villa?
Great question—and one we’re often asked! When we host two separate groups in our North and South Villas at the same time, we take great care to ensure that each group enjoys complete privacy and independence, both indoors and outdoors.
✅ Living Rooms: Three solid sliding doors between the North and South Villas are closed, creating a full sound and visual barrier.
✅Sundeck & Pools: The custom sliding wall between the pool decks is secured, giving each side its own private sunbathing and swimming area.
✅Lawn Area: A temporary, custom fence is placed along the center of the lawn, allowing each group exclusive use of their own garden space and lounging sala.
✅Connecting Walkways: Connecting walkways on the ground-floor garden rooms and upper-level ocean-view suites are closed off to maintain complete separation.
While minimal sound may carry across open outdoor spaces, there’s a full physical division between the two residences —so guests from one side cannot access the other.
