Twin Villas Natai consists of two absolutely identical, luxury, direct beachfront villas.
We refer to each as the North and South Villas.
There is absolutely no difference between the two villas, as they are identical “twins” in regards to size, layout, amenities, and service provided. Each living room and bedroom is individually adorned with modern tropical style and flair.
Our traditional year-round villa offering is either a 5, 7 or 10-bedroom rental.
*Excluding High/Peak Season (December 20 – February 1 and two-weeks during the Lunar/Chinese New Year in February) only a 5 or 10- bedroom rental is bookable.

10-Bedroom:
A 10-bedroom rental allows guests full access to the entire villa compound. Maximum occupancy is 22-guests (adults and children above the age of 2).

The 7-bedroom villa rental allows a choice of ANY 7-bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of 15-guests (adults and children above the age of 2).
*The remaining 3-bedrooms will be locked, and unavailable for access or use.

5-Bedroom:
The 5-bedroom villa rental accommodates 11-guests (adults and children above the age of 2).

The Garden and Sea View rooms can accommodate a maximum of two (2) guests over the age of 2.
The Garden Guest Bedrooms can accommodate three (3) guests over the age of 2.
None of the rooms have a bathtub. However, three of our Sea View rooms have wonderful indoor and private outdoor showers.
Our villa rates are based on the rental configuration of either a 5, 7, or 10 bedroom rental and are not calculated on a per-room or per-guest basis.
Twin Villas Natai prioritizes privacy and exclusivity. Each of our 5-bedroom villas offers fully independent accommodation. The multiple connecting points between the two villas feature sliding doors and walls that can be closed off and securely locked, ensuring complete privacy and security for each group of guests.
1. All three solid sliding doors connecting the North and South living rooms are closed, which assures a solid sound barrier and complete privacy for each set of guests.
2: The customized sliding wall between the sundeck and the swimming pool area is closed, once again ensuring complete privacy on the sundeck and each villa’s private pool. In addition, both pools are fully separated by landscaped privacy plants, tropical shrubs, and small trees.
3: Placement of a customized, temporary fence in the middle of the lawn area. allows each group to have private use of the expansive lawn area and their own individual lounging sala. Only the North villa has access to the tree swing.
4: Closing off all additional connectable areas between the two villas, thus ensuring complete separation for the ground-floor garden bedrooms and the upper-floor Sea view bedrooms via their outdoor walkways.

The standard check-in time is 15:00/3:00 PM. And check-out is at 12:00 PM.
It is possible to check in earlier; however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. If early check-in is needed, please contact the villa manager directly via email or WhatsApp 24-hours prior to arrival.
Late check-out is possible and subject to availability upon request to the villa manager at least 24 hours in advance. A complimentary late check-out (if available) will be no later than 13:00/1:00 p.m.
If new guests are arriving on your check-out day, the mandatory check-out time of 11 a.m. will apply.
Late check-out after 14:00/2:00 pm is available at a rate of 50% ++ of the 5-, 7-, or 10-bedroom rental. The late check-out must be booked in advance, and the stay will be permitted until 22:00/10:00 pm on the same day.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all bedrooms and throughout the villa’s interiors and exteriors. We have one of the most advanced systems in the area for consistent speeds and reliability.

Yes, our villa manager speaks fluent English and can help facilitate excursions and bookings. Additionally, with a minimum of 24-hours’ notice, they can make purchases for grocery and beverage items on your behalf. Our concierge service, however, does not include personal shopping trips. Should you require a personal assistant or shopper during your stay with us, please inquire with us well in advance for rates and availability.
We have local TV channels and complimentary Netflix and Disney Plus on all TVs.
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have special services or facilities available for disabled guests.
Smoking is absolutely prohibited in all rooms and interior areas at Twin Villas Natai. Smoking is permitted only outside on the pool deck, sala or in front of the villas.
Smoking inside the villas will incur a USD $1,500 cleaning fee.
We do not offer any babysitting or supervision of infants or children at any time during guests’ stays. Should you need help finding a childcare provider, please inform us well in advance, and our team will be happy to assist you with the search.
High chairs, baby cots, infant bath tubs, and car seats are available upon request. The pools may be used only under parental supervision. We have an assortment of children’s water toys available on request from the villa manager. Our new “family style” menu has meals that kids will love! Twin Villas Natai allows pets for bookings over two weeks only. Our policy is as follows:
USD $25.00 per night/per pet (under 11 kg/25 lbs.), no more than (2) pets per villa.
The lead guest will be responsible for a one-time professional cleaning fee.
Deep or steam cleaning of all textiles (rugs, sofas, drapes, pillows, and mattresses) is required for all rooms rented.
TVN will provide the cleaning bill at check-out. For each 5-bedroom villa, the ‘estimated’ cost is USD $1,700 per villa.
*Oriental rugs in bedrooms can be removed at the guest’s request.
Guest self-use laundry is unavailable in the villas. Guests may utilize outside laundry services through our trusted vendor. Drop-off and pick-up can be coordinated by the villa manager.
We do not have a designated fitness room. However, we have volleyball, kayaks and yoga mats for guest use. Additionally, Natai Beach is secluded and offers phenomenal walking and running opportunities along our beautiful stretch of uncrowded beachfront.
All Villa bookings receive a complimentary 1-way airport transfer.
Each van accommodates a maximum of eight passengers and their luggage. The estimated drive time is 25–40 minutes. Depending on the number of guests, up to three passenger vans will be used.
The vans can be picked up at different flight arrival times, should other guests staying with us arrive earlier or later and/or on different flights.
Return transfers are available at Thai Baht (THB) 2,000–2,500 per van or per transfer, up to a maximum of 8 passengers and their luggage.
*Child seats are available; however, they must be requested and reserved in advance with our villa manager.
Corporate and local car rental agencies are available at Phuket International Airport. Booking online in advance is strongly advised.
While motorbikes are widely used across Thailand, For safety and security, Twin Villas Natai strongly discourages motorbike rental!

We have (1) covered garage available and (2) open parking spaces available for small cars in front of the villas.
The currency in Thailand is Baht. Twin Villas Natai accepts USD and THB.
Takuathong Hospital is a 7-minute drive from Twin Villas Natai. The hospital is small and local. The villa manager can accompany the guest for non-life-threatening issues and for translation purposes. The closest and most reputable international hospital, used by most expats and tourists, is Bangkok Hospital, located a 50-minute drive from Twin Villas Natai. Our villa manager is on call 24 hours a day for any emergency situations.

Major Thai banks and all major global currencies can be exchanged in the local town of Khlok Kloi, about 5 minutes away by car. ATMs are available at the bank or at local 7-11’s.

The electricity voltage in Thailand is 220 volts. We do not have adaptors available at the villas. Adapters can be purchased at the airport or at the local Lotus’s in Khlok Kloi.
Tourists are able to claim back the VAT on larger purchases when they exit the country. The stores at Central Festival Phuket do provide the necessary forms for completion and can assist you further.
The tap water in Thailand is not potable. Complimentary glass-bottled mineral drinking water is provided in all guest rooms. There are also filtered water stations at the villas. Brushing teeth and bathing are perfectly safe.
As a general guideline, the weather in the Greater Phuket area is very warm all year. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from November to March, when there are clear skies and sunshine. The hot season is from April until June, when temperatures reach their highest. The rainy season is between July and November, although it does not rain every day and usually the rain only lasts a short period of time. Except for the wettest months of September and October.

A 25% non-refundable deposit invoice will be emailed upon confirmation. Payment (receipt of transfer) is required to confirm the reservation dates.
Reservation dates are not guaranteed or reserved until a deposit payment receipt has been received by TVN.
Cancellation Policy:
Twin Villas Natai is non-refundable following the 25% deposit payment, whether through an agency, a direct booking, or an OTA (online travel agency).
Any cancellations, refunds, or date modifications 60 days prior to the check-in date and after the balance payment has been submitted are non-refundable or permitted under this policy.
Twin Villas Natai rental bookings may be modified, subject to the terms and conditions under the Modification & Rebooking policy below.

Modification & Rebooking Policy:
Primary guests can send a written email request to info@twinvillasnatai.com to modify their reservation. Written requests are subject to current availability.
A date modification must be made at least 60 days prior to the original check-in date.
10% of the original rental fee will be applied as a rebooking fee, and the remaining will be applied as credits for rebooked dates.
Credits are valid for six (six) months from the check-in date of the original reservation. The then-published rental rates will apply to all rebooking requests. Any unused or expired credits are not subject to a refund.
Modifications, rebookings, or refunds are unavailable within 60 days of the original booking check-in date.

Lotus’s (Thailand’s chain-supermarket) and 7-11 is a 5-minute drive. Larger department stores (Central Phuket Festival), cinemas, and international grocery stores are a 45-minute drive from the villas. Please discuss any shopping needs with our villa manager.
Old Phuket Town is also a “must see” with dozens of delectable Thai restaurants, Sino-Portuguese architecture and hip cafes. Very popular with locals and tourists. Old Phuket Town is a 1-hour drive.
The main tourist attractions are spread out to the North in Khao Lak and to the South on Phuket. Both are roughly 1-hour + drive in either direction. Please see our Activities and Adventure page.
