Two independent 5-bedroom villas or the entire 10-bedroom estate:
The villas offer the flexibility of reserving a fully private and independent 5-bedroom villa for up to 11 adults and children over the age of 2 or the entire 10-bedroom estate.
Privacy & Exclusivity, when booking our 5-Bedroom Villa option:
A very unique and distinctive feature of our villas directly addresses the issue of privacy and exclusivity for our discerning guests.
Each villa has their own private chef, housekeeping and villa manger.
When TVN hosts separate groups renting our North and South villas simultaneously, we employ several measures to create two entirely independent accommodations, both indoor and outdoor. These include:
1. Closing and locking (3) solid sliding doors connecting the North and South living rooms. This guarantees a sound barrier and complete privacy.
2. Closing and locking the customized sliding wall between the sundeck and the swimming pool area, once again assuring complete privacy on the sundeck and each villa’s private pool.
3. Placement of a customized, temporary fence in the middle of the lawn area. Thus, allowing each group to have private use of the expansive lawn area and their own individual lounging sala.
4. Closing off all additional connectable areas between the two villas, thus assuring complete separation for the ground floor garden bedrooms, and the 2nd floor ocean-view bedrooms via their outdoor walkways.
The above allows Twin Villas Natai to function as an exceptionally versatile property capable of accommodating varying group sizes and addressing unique space requirements. Our primary goal is to assure privacy should two separate groups reside in the North and South 5-Bedroom villas.
It’s worth noting that while sound can travel across the open area, there is a complete physical separation between the two villas. Guests from one villa cannot cross over to the other villa, ensuring utmost privacy.

The guest rooms are located in separate dwellings yet connected to each other (and the great room) with corridors, staircases, gardens, and common areas.
Each large and soaring ‘great room’ was created to invite indoor-outdoor living. Featuring floor-to-ceiling glass sliding windows that allow the glass doors to fully open up the living, dining room, and kitchen to completely connect with the lapping sounds of the waves and the beauty of being absolute beachfront.
